The sticker price is the easy part of GoHighLevel pricing. Three plans, three round numbers. What catches people out is everything that sits on top: texts, emails, phone numbers and AI, billed from a wallet as you use them. Pick the wrong plan and you can overpay by $200 a month. Pick the right one and a single plan can replace half a dozen subscriptions. This guide covers every plan, every usage fee, and the math on which one pays for itself.
What are the GoHighLevel pricing plans in 2026?
GoHighLevel has three self-serve plans in 2026: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497. Annual billing drops them to $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year. Enterprise is custom-quoted. All plans include unlimited contacts and users and start with a 14-day free trial.

The plans differ mainly in how many businesses you can run and how you can bill your clients, not in the core tools. Every plan includes the CRM, funnels and websites, email and SMS marketing, calendars, workflows and reputation management. Here is the short version from HighLevel’s pricing page:
Starter ($97/month): 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users, all core features, 24/7 support.
Unlimited ($297/month): unlimited sub-accounts, rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost, basic API access.
Agency Pro ($497/month): everything in Unlimited plus SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with your own markup and advanced API access.
Enterprise (custom): adds a white-label mobile app and HIPAA compliance in the price, enterprise reporting and quarterly business reviews.
A sub-account is one business inside GoHighLevel: your own company, a client or a separate location. That single number decides most plan choices.
What does each GoHighLevel plan include?
All three plans share the same marketing toolkit. Starter suits one business or a small agency with up to 3 accounts. Unlimited is for agencies with 4 or more clients. Agency Pro is for agencies that want to sell GoHighLevel as their own branded software with automated billing.
Starter: $97 a month
Starter is the right GoHighLevel price point for a single business, such as a dental practice, a roofing company or a coach, or for an agency testing the waters with its first clients. You get every core feature. The only real limit is the 3-account cap.
Unlimited: $297 a month
Unlimited is where most marketing agencies land. You can add as many client accounts as you like, and the plan lets you rebill phone and email usage at cost, so clients pay for their own texts and emails instead of you absorbing them.
Agency Pro: $497 a month
Agency Pro adds SaaS mode. You set your own prices, clients sign up and pay through Stripe, new accounts are created automatically, and you can mark up their usage. It is built for agencies turning GoHighLevel into a recurring software product.
What usage fees get added to a GoHighLevel bill?
Usage fees are charged on top of every plan for texts, emails, calls, phone numbers and premium AI. In the US and Canada, SMS costs $0.00747 per segment, email costs $0.675 per 1,000 sends, local numbers cost $1.15 a month and the AI Employee costs $50 or $97 a month per sub-account.

These charges come out of a prepaid wallet. According to HighLevel’s phone pricing guide and pricing guide, the main rates are:
SMS: $0.00747 per segment, inbound and outbound, plus carrier pass-through fees. MMS costs more, at $0.022 outbound.
Calls: $0.0166 a minute outbound and $0.01165 a minute inbound, billed in full minutes.
Phone numbers: $1.15 a month for a local number, $2.15 for toll-free.
Email: $0.675 per 1,000 sends on every plan.
AI Employee: $50 a month (Growth) or $97 a month (Unlimited) per sub-account, per HighLevel’s AI pricing article.
Optional add-ons are priced separately on the pricing page, including HIPAA compliance at $297 a month, a white-label mobile app at $497 a month and WordPress hosting from $10 a month.
How much will GoHighLevel really cost you each month?
A single business on Starter usually pays $110 to $150 a month once texts and emails are added. An agency on Unlimited with 10 clients might pay around $500, and most of the usage portion can be rebilled to clients. Your exact go high level cost depends on message volume, not on contacts or users.

Three quick examples using HighLevel’s published rates (before carrier fees):
Local service business on Starter: $97 plan + 4,000 SMS segments ($29.88) + 20,000 emails ($13.50) + 1 number ($1.15) + 70 call minutes ($1.16) = $142.69 a month.
Agency with 10 clients on Unlimited: $297 plan + 18,400 SMS segments ($137.45) + 60,000 emails ($40.50) + 1,200 call minutes ($19.92) + 10 numbers ($11.50) = $506.37 a month, or about $50 per client. The $209.37 of usage can be passed on.
SaaS reseller on Agency Pro with 25 clients: $497 a month, or under $20 per client before usage, which you can mark up.

How does the cost per client change as an agency grows?
GoHighLevel pricing is flat, so the plan cost per client falls with every account you add. On Unlimited, 10 clients cost $29.70 each per month and 30 clients cost $9.90 each. That is the opposite of per-seat software, where every new user raises your bill.
That flat pricing is why agencies favor it. Move the chart to see where each plan becomes cheapest, and enter what you charge per client to see your monthly margin.
Is annual GoHighLevel billing worth it?
Annual billing is worth it once you know the plan fits. It costs $970, $2,970 or $4,970 a year, saving $194, $594 or $994 compared with paying monthly, which equals two months free. Use the 14-day trial and a month or two on monthly billing first, then switch.

The savings are real, but so is the commitment. Annual billing makes sense when your client count is stable and you are sure about the plan tier. If you expect to move from Starter to Unlimited within a few months, stay monthly until you have made the jump.
Which GoHighLevel plan should you choose?
Choose Starter if you run 3 or fewer businesses, Unlimited if you manage 4 or more clients, and Agency Pro if you want to resell GoHighLevel as your own software with automated billing and markup. Consider Enterprise only if you need HIPAA compliance or a white-label mobile app bundled in.

A few practical rules:
Solo business owners: Starter. You will rarely need more than one account.
New agencies: start on Starter and move to Unlimited when you sign your fourth client. Upgrades are instant.
Established agencies: Unlimited, and rebill usage so texts and emails never eat your margin.
Productized agencies: Agency Pro, when you want clients to self-serve and pay by card.
How does GoHighLevel pricing compare to buying separate tools?
GoHighLevel is usually cheaper than stacking separate tools, because one plan covers CRM, funnels, email, SMS, scheduling and reviews. A typical stack of a per-seat CRM, a funnel builder, an email tool and a scheduler can easily pass $200 a month for a small team.
For reference, HubSpot’s Starter Customer Platform lists at $20 per seat a month on monthly billing, ClickFunnels starts at $97 a month and Calendly charges per seat.
